Training Centre
Our training centre is a hub for those wanting to learn, develop and work in the career guidance sector. Our learning offer includes accredited and non-accredited courses delivered flexibly, in-person and online. The training team are all practicing Career Advisers and qualified assessors. Some have also been primary and secondary teachers and school Careers Leaders.
Accredited Courses
- NOCN Level 3 Advice and Guidance- ideal for those supporting career guidance in schools, colleges, independent training providers and community settings
- OCR Level 4 Career Information and Advice- for those working in para-professional supportive roles in the career development sector. It is good preparation for progression to Level 6
- OCR Level 6 Career Guidance and Development is the work-based professional pathway for trainee Career Advisers. On completion the achiever to can join the UK Register of Career Development Professionals (managed by the Career Development Institute)
