Richard Allnutt

Richard is a devotee to the Career Guidance profession and has been for the best part of his working life. He has enjoyed, and continues to enjoy, the delivery of career guidance and the management of others’ doing likewise. He is an enthusiastic advocate for good career guidance and vocal about what ‘good’ should look like. An active participant in the Gatsby ‘Good Career Guidance’ pilot, he is currently on the steering group of a Professional Practice Group supporting careers advisers in the north-east of England.

Tracy Walters

Tracy Walters

Tracy is a committed Career Guidance Practitioner and is approaching 30 years in the sector. She is fastidious when it comes to quality processes and assessment. As a strong believer in continuous development, she applies a ‘how to improve’ approach to the business and our advisers’ practice. Tracy is an advocate for the protection and integrity of the careers profession and oversees the delivery of guidance qualifications through CareerWave’s assessment centre. She is also a very experienced curriculum writer, a talent that has resulted in the availability of a complete off-the-peg careers education programme.
