The Academy at Shotton Hall has worked with CareerWave for many years. They provide high quality, impartial career guidance and students feedback that the input is invaluable in helping them make informed decisions. CareerWave has also worked closely with the Academy on the Gatsby Pilot and has helped the Academy progress towards fully meeting all 8 benchmarks.

We have developed a great partnership with CareerWave providing our students with excellent impartial guidance for their future. Students within the school really appreciate the time and aspirational information that has enabled them to make their own choices. We look forward to continuing this work together to enable our students to feel more confident about their career plans.

We have been using CareerWave for six years now and we are completely happy with the service provided by the team, so much so, that we have entered into a new long-term three year deal for independent and impartial Personal Guidance.

The Careers Adviser is very professional and knowledgeable and provides fantastic support for our students. Our adviser is very friendly and adaptable, keen to accommodate any needs required of the school or students, and this is reflected in the excellent feedback from our students. We are also provided with feedback after each session which has helped us to plan further careers support.

We are very impressed by the support, professionalism and knowledge of CareerWave's team. Our Careers Advisor has a very strong relationship with our learners and is making a real difference in raising the aspirations of our young people. After reviewing many providers of CEIAG we knew CareerWave was the best choice for our school. Their philosophy and approach suited the vision of the school and the needs of our pupils.
