What we do
- In person, 1:1 Personal Guidance meetings
- 95% of our schools meet the Career Development Institute’s recommended minimum of 45 minutes per meeting
- We strongly recommend this minimum duration so in-depth career conversations can take place
- We adopt the definition of career as a journey through learning, work and life
- Our highly skilled career advisers enthusiastically embrace a range of creative approaches to engage the individual
- Concise and focused action plans are provided to the Careers Leader and student (only with informed consent from the young person)
- Groupwork supports our Personal Guidance meetings e.g., we offer sessions including ‘Managing Transitions for SEND Students’ and “Supporting Apprenticeship Applications’
